TWO SEASONS HOTEL & APARTMENTS, Dubai – A Smart Stay in the City

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms felt like personal apartments with a fantastic view of Downtown, spacious, and remarkably clean, making it a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist all guests. However, the dining options could use some variety to keep it exciting, especially after multiple days. The location, while closer to essential amenities like the Dubai Metro and a 24/7 supermarket, might lack the charm seen in photos and find difficulty in catching enough sunlight. But being right in front of the metro station definitely helps with convenient travel.

The hotel offers good price/quality ratio with well-managed rooms similar to our own home. However, the shared A/C in two-bedroom apartments can make it hard to control temperature and noise. More front desk staff are needed to handle long queues and bathroom plumbing issues.

The service was impeccable, with a fantastic team including Marilou, Monikandan, Albert, and many more going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was perfect, right near Dubai Internet City metro station, with convenient access to key spots like Kite Beach and JBR beach. Dining was delightful, and the friendly staff made every effort to meet guest expectations. Overall, a superb experience with some minor room temperature adjustments needed.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were very nice and spacious, offering a lounge room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. I particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony, overlooking Palm Island and the iconic Burj Al Arab. The service was exceptional, especially Nelson in the restaurant, Sohel assisting with luggage and cab, and Mohmound at the front desk. The hotel is a bit far but still a very good choice in a great location in Dubai. The dining experience had some ups and downs, with good food but a lack of variety. Overall, a great value for the money.
